Aid in Action:
Wildfire Aid in Action is heading to Ethiopia as soon as we are able. Three marathoners ran the April 25, 2010 Big Sur International Marathon, one step at a time across the finish line, to raise funds enough to get one to Ethiopia with the first art collaborative project. Your donation will:
Reach our own Monterey County Youth in long term foster care with a first rate art project that each participant can keep or give as they desire.
Help to get Team One to Africa for connecting to our partners in the field and to conduct our eating for life and art collaboration projects.
Your money goes to cover medical preparations, transportation expenses and project specific materials in agriculture and art. Wildfire provides full documentation of all costs and works to find the most benefit for the least cost.
Coming soon: As Wildfire grows with the support of Wildfire KINDLE Wildfire Monterey County will visit other communities to show others how to be of help. There will be opportunities for Wildfire Burning after school program experts and educators to join the Teach-the-Teachers team starting up Wildfire.
Wildfire Reaching: You can get involved in the community awareness and fundraising events. “Go” to our Annual “Raising Wildfire” fine art auction and arts collaboration exhibition where you can directly participate in the independence and prosperity of our collaborative partners and aid recipients.
